TMTsoftware and NATC Integrate TRANSMAN® and Service LocatorTM Products

TMTsoftware Company and North American Technology Corporation, NATC, announce integration between TMTsoftware's maintenance management software solution, TRANSMAN® and the Service Locator database developed by NATC.
The NATC service locator connects over 40,000 repair locations across the United States in a single database. The database contains contact information, hours of operations and a ranking system for vendors, allowing customers to add their own vendors and rankings to the database as a convenience tool. NATC provides quarterly updates for the list of vendors in the database to guarantee accurate and up to date information.
TRANSMAN® contains the information from the NATC database within the vendor repair order section or the new Road Call Module, says Renaldo Adler, Vice-President of Development at TMTsoftware. This integration will allow drivers to call the shop from the road when a breakdown occurs and gain immediate access to information through TRANSMAN® to get them up and running again because database allows you to search by area code, city, state, or latitude and longitude promoting connection with the vendor most accessible and best suited for the breakdown, saving both time and money.
The NATC Service Locator was inroduced in 1991. NATC has over 600 installations of the program. The Service Locator is available in A/S400, P.C. and Internet versions.
